You may go to “Safeguard your life” under “Home” tab in the Atome platform and tap on Shopping Secure insurance to cancel your coverage under this Policy at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the expiry of the current Period of Insurance for which premium is paid, but due to the nominal amount of the premium, we will not be processing any refunds.
For example, if your Period of Insurance is 5 Jan 2025 – 4 Feb 2025, you must write to Chubb to cancel your coverage by 3 Feb 2025. If you submit your cancellation request on 31 Jan 2025, your coverage will remain active until 4 Feb 2025 and will cease starting 5 Feb 2025.
