- Expiry: Each cashback earned is valid for 1 year.
- Example: If you've earned cashback at 2:30pm on 31 Jan 2026, it will expire at 12:00am on 30 Jan 2027.
- Withdrawal:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: RM1.00
- Fees: RM0.30 for each withdrawal request to a bank account or e-wallet
