I received a notification for a Verification Code but I did not make a transaction. What should I do?

Do not share the code with anyone, not even someone claiming to be from Atome.
 
If you didn't initiate this transaction, your card details may have been compromised. Please take these steps immediately:
  1. Lock your card in the Atome App right away.
     
  2. Contact our Customer Support team so we can help protect your account.
