Why is it that only some merchants can use 6/9/12? I can’t find 6/9/12 on my preferred merchants’ website

Our Pay-In-6, Pay-In-9 or Pay-In-12 payment plans are available at selected merchants currently. Please check in-store or with the merchant where you wish to make a transaction. We are looking to expand these plans to more merchants.
