You are not eligible if you (the referrer) have any history of overdue card repayments. Maintaining a strong repayment record is key.

You may have reached the maximum reward limit for spending increases (e.g., no further increases if you've hit the cap within the campaign period). Check your Rewards History for details.

If you've never made a repayment on your Atome Card, you won't qualify for a spending limit increase— even after completing referrals. Make repayments first to become eligible.

Atome+ points and physical prizes (e.g., iPhone 17 Pro Max) are not subject to these repayment conditions and can still be earned upon meeting the requirements.
