Once you have successfully purchased Private Car (Enhanced), you will receive the Private Car (Enhanced) e-policy document via e-mail from Chubb within 3 working days from the date of successful purchase.
If you have not received the e-policy/e-certificate, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
(a) Your car is rejected by JPJ; or
(b) The insurer and/or JPJ services are in maintenance
