You can conveniently view the settlement report and outstanding balance by navigating to the ""Payments"" module within the Merchant Center. While access is initially limited to company admin accounts, you can grant this permission to other accounts by assigning it to specific roles.
Where can I view my payout details?
You can access your payout details by clicking on the payout ID in the “Payout” section. You have the option to view and export these details either by settlement items or by transactions via adjusting the toggle at the top.
Where can I see my unsettled transactions?
To view your unsettled transactions, head to the “Balance” tab on the merchant portal. Here, you'll find a comprehensive list of all unsettled transactions.
How can I update my bank details for payout?
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to update your bank details. Simply send us an email at support@atome.my along with a bank statement containing the following details. We'll take care of the rest and update your information within 1-2 business days.
