Atome will send reminders in the App of upcoming payment due to customers 2 days prior to the due date. If the auto-deduction fails on the due day, customers' accounts will be frozen on the next day. They will be required to pay all outstanding amounts due on their account, together with an admin fee of RM 30 upon each deferred payment. The maximum admin charge is capped at RM 60 per order.
Once customers have cleared all existing owing, their accounts will be unfrozen and they’d be able to use Atome again.
