A late payment charge was applied to your account due to an unsuccessful scheduled payment.
Please note that for each overdue payment, a Late Payment Charge of up to RM 23 will be incurred, and there may be an additional penalty of RM 7 depending on Atome’s funding source as assigned by our system.
The Late Payment Charge will be calculated as follows:
1) If the overdue principal amount is less than RM23, the Late Payment Charge will be equal to the amount due.
2) If the overdue principal amount is RM23 or more, a flat charge of RM23 will apply.
To avoid these charges, we strongly encourage you to make your payments on time. Our payment structure remains unchanged, and we remain dedicated to providing you with a growing range of flexible financial solutions.
You can easily settle your outstanding payments by logging into the Atome app. The amount charged depends on your payment plan and the funding source assigned by our system. Charges are only applied once for each overdue payment, not for every unsuccessful automatic deduction.
