When this emerges, it may mean the following:
- The accepted IDs number or email address is already registered.
- Information submitted is inconsistent with accepted IDs i.e. name
- Captured image of accepted ID is unclear
- Defaced/cracked accepted ID card lead to fail in account verification
Solution:
- Re-apply with the correct information
