The option to apply for an additional i-Cash loan before fully repaying your current loan is currently available only to selected eligible users and is being introduced gradually.
Eligibility for an additional loan is still assessed in real-time when you submit your application and may change over time based on factors such as your repayment history and overall account performance. If you see a pop-up indicating that you cannot proceed, it means your account is not eligible for an additional loan at this time.
If your account becomes eligible in the future, you'll be able to proceed with the application and we'll also notify you when the feature becomes available to you. In the meantime, making repayments on time and maintaining a good repayment history may help improve your eligibility.
