You may cancel your Road Tax purchased from Atome platform. However, the cancellation and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to our Road Tax Service Provider's investigation.
To cancel your road tax, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Road Tax Service Provider at +603 7491 0102 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm) or email to general@myroadtax.store to request a cancellation.
- Our Road Tax Service Provider will send you a refund form via email.
- Complete the refund form and submit it to our Road Tax Service Provider for investigation.
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your bank account (provided in the refund form) within 1-2 working days upon successful completion and submission of the refund form.
