To view vouchers, please go to Atome app:
1) Under "Me", click "Vouchers"
2) Click the icon shown in the "My Vouchers" page to view voucher details
3) Voucher details will show validity period and other information i.e. applicable to which brands/stores
QR scan at physical stores
If you are purchasing items at physical stores, you may apply your voucher at the payment confirmation page
1) After you have scanned the QR code with your Atome app at the cashier, you will see a confirmation page showing the total purchase amount and breakdown details of each repayment. Please select your voucher at the bottom right of the screen.
2) Select the voucher you wish the apply and click "Confirm"
3) You should see the total amount being adjusted to (original - voucher amount). Please check the details before clicking "Pay".
Online stores (checkout page may differ at different stores)
1) At the checkout page, click “Atome” and place your order
2) If you are using browser:
Once you have placed your order, you will be routed to a page where it features 2 options - a) Pay using App or b) Continue in browser
2a) If you choose to scan the QR code, you will need to use your app "Pay" function to be routed to the app page below. You can insert your voucher at the bottom of the page. Click “2 available”.
Select the voucher you wish to use and confirm (-RM amount)
You should see the total amount being adjusted to (original - voucher amount). Please check the details before clicking "Pay".
2b) You may also complete the purchase by staying in the browser. Once you have input your registered phone number and OTP, click "Next", and there will be a payment confirmation page.
