1 card bound to the account
If you currently have only one card linked to your account and there are ongoing orders, you won't be able to delete your card information. Please remember that each account must have at least one card to ensure smooth payment processing. However, you can't delete this card unless you add another one and designate it as your ""Primary"" card. At least one card needs to remain active in your account to cover any outstanding bills.
More than 1 card bound to the account
If you have multiple cards linked to your account and none of them are set as your ""Primary"" card, you can delete the card information directly in the app. Simply select the card you wish to remove. It's important to note that payments will be deducted from the card labeled as ""Primary"" by default. Therefore, if you have ongoing orders, you won't be able to delete the ""Primary"" card unless you designate another card as ""Primary."" Remember, you must have at least one active card in your account to cover any outstanding bills.
